Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenient location near Penn Station was a major plus, but the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing at times. The service left much to be desired, with several frustrating experiences during my stay. The dining options were hit or miss, and the value for money didn't always seem justified. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
The hotel had a super comfortable bed and a large bathroom, but lacked amenities like water, tea bags, coffee, a coffee machine, and cups. The room seemed well-prepared for an hour and a half, even without a chair to sit on.
After a long 20-hour journey with my two young children, I found the hotel's spacious rooms with lovely beds to be a perfect retreat. The minimalistic design and harsh white lighting, however, made them feel a bit small and functional. The service was wonderful overall, but the staff could have been more friendly and attentive. The location was great for my needs, close to stores and safe, but not as convenient for visiting NYC due to the distance to the PATH station. The dining options were limited and expensive, with breakfast not included as I had thought. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
