5.6/10
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The convenient location near Penn Station was a major plus, but the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disturbing at times. The service left much to be desired, with several frustrating experiences during my stay. The dining options were hit or miss, and the value for money didn't always seem justified. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms, unfortunately, were not as soundproof as I had hoped, especially with noisy neighbors. They were available after a certain time, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when lugging around a huge suitcase.
Service
5.0
I encountered some issues with the service, including being told I wasn't in the system despite receiving prior emails. The staff seemed oblivious to their duties and were unhelpful, even when management was needed. There was much left to be desired in terms of customer care.
Location
7.0
The location was quite good, just a few minutes' walk to Penn Station for easy access to New York City. However, the distance to the PATH station made it slightly inconvenient for visiting NYC directly.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, as it wasn't always clear what was included in the meal. Additionally, being charged extra at the buffet for returning within a short time was disappointing. The price didn't always match the quality and selection available.

The hotel had a super comfortable bed and a large bathroom, but lacked amenities like water, tea bags, coffee, a coffee machine, and cups. The room seemed well-prepared for an hour and a half, even without a chair to sit on.

The room had a super comfortable bed and a large bathroom, but lacked basic amenities like water, tea bags, coffee, a coffee machine, and cups. The room was prepared every 15 minutes for an hour and a half, although there was no chair to sit on.
Service
8.0
The staff were excellent and super helpful, but it would have been more convenient if they had a costume or a badge indicating they were hotel staff. Despite this, they were very welcoming and added to the overall experience, though at times they seemed distracted by their phones.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown and only a few minutes' walk to Prudential Center. It was great for being near all the events and Penn Station, which made it very convenient for attending a hockey game at Prudential Center or taking a train to New York City.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was good overall, although it was not complimentary, with breakfast priced at $16 for a small selection. Despite this, the service was decent and the quality more than met expectations for an additional cost.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel lacked certain amenities that could have enhanced the overall experience, such as a coffee machine, cups, and a chair in the room. These additions would have made the stay even more comfortable and convenient.

7.0/10
After a long 20-hour journey with my two young children, I found the hotel's spacious rooms with lovely beds to be a perfect retreat. The minimalistic design and harsh white lighting, however, made them feel a bit small and functional. The service was wonderful overall, but the staff could have been more friendly and attentive. The location was great for my needs, close to stores and safe, but not as convenient for visiting NYC due to the distance to the PATH station. The dining options were limited and expensive, with breakfast not included as I had thought. The facilities were satisfactory, with some room for improvement.
